Construction began in Spring 2018 on this new house in Sharon, Vermont, for a family of five.
The Cayer family was pushed out of their apartment due to unaffordable rent and have been living with family friends. Zack Cayer works at GW Plastics and Mindy is a stay-at-home mom. The couple has three children.
The Cayers are scheduled to close on the house in Spring of 2019.

We are currently designing and planning for a new home construction project scheduled to begin in Spring 2019 in Lebanon. The home will be one story with a full basement. Construction will begin on this house once the Sharon house is finished.
In 2014, we began a Neighborhood Revitalization program in Claremont, New Hampshire. The project began within a section of town bounded by Central, Pleasant, Prospect and Mulberry Streets and in 2018 was expanded to include the whole city. Funded by the NH Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA), homeowners can apply through us for assistance with home repairs.
We are currently looking for Claremont residents to help develop a local Claremont Habitat chapter to empower Claremont residents and families to create a thriving community through local leadership, outreach, and guidance.
We are also working with existing Claremont groups and officials to form a lead abatement program to serve the community.
